My wife said this was the best Jerk Chicken she has had in a long while. I had a vegetarian meal and my friend had stew chicken.
The food here is amazing! I am a fan of Caribbean food but I usually stick to the few dishes I know. My boyfriend convinced me to try the curry goat and I couldn't believe how good it was! It fell right off the bone and the flavor was perfect. The owner was really nice too. It's definitely the kind of restaurant I'd go out of my way for.
Ox tail was so delicious soft and we'll seasoned and the rice w peas was perfect...a must try!! 2024 came back and is better than before sooo delicious I had the red velvet cake as well.
I learned about Junie’s after watching Fat Joe new show on Netflix, he was interviewing DJ Khalid and they both talked about this restaurant. Chile let me start by saying that the owner is so sweet and friendly the food ... the food smell so good but taste wonderful. I had the jerk chicken with rice n peas and cabbage with sauce on the side...I also had a Jamaican Pineapple Soda 10 out of 10 10 10. If you’re in Miami you need to bust a move and go to Junie’s you will not be disappointed... WE DA BEST
Got great service with a smile. Our only kid wanted to chase/catch his own chicken so they could cook it for him. I wish they would go back to their pre pandemic routine though.
First time coming here. Had some curry chicken and I gotta say it was absolutely delicious. Friendly service, great food, and a clean environment.
I love this place. I haven't tried everything on the menu but judging by the phone orders and filled tables it must be good! My favorite however is the gunga pea soup on Wednesdays! It has great flavor and large pieces of meat! Got to call in or get there early for this delicious treat! I highly recommend! The restaurant is a hole in the wall, the service is slow because there are so many people picking up call in orders, but the food is awesome. We had the jerk chicken and curry goat. Bothwere fantastic and I'm not a big chicken fan but I ate half of my fiance's jerk chicken. I did not notice any entree over 10, so it is a cheap spot.
Delicious Escovitch snapper with rice and peas. Great service, i called and placed my order for pick-up. The order was ready and neatly packaged.
